Our Stratix® 10 SoC modules are based on the Intel Stratix® 10 FPGA. Stratix® 10 is one of the best-performing and latest FPGA families developed by Intel®.

System-on-modules (SOMs) are small, integrated single-board computers. At REFLEX CES, we took our extensive FPGA experience, combined it with our in-house knowledge, and created modules that are perfectly tailored to your needs. These SOMs can be used in many embedded applications. FPGAs (field programmable gate arrays) are used to offer high-capacity logic and memory storage, while maintaining a module size suitable for embedded solutions.

All our modules presented here are developed with a system-on-chip (SoC) FPGA. The system-on-chip (SoC) is an integrated circuit inside the FPGA, most often a CPU processor (central processing unit), that allows the FPGA to better control the board. The Stratix® 10 SoC FPGA combines the flexibility and ease of programming of a CPU with the configurability and parallel processing power of an FPGA.

Unlike PCI-Express, the system-on-module is perfectly suited to embedded and industrial markets.

These include primary interfaces and connectors, such as banks of DDR3 or DDR4 memory, I2C and USB links, JTAG connectivity, Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, circuitry, CPU, HDMI, clocking, and more.
We also deliver all the relevant design rules for our boards, to develop the customer application carrier board (we can also develop it based on customer specifications).
We provide online technical support, schematics, datasheets and a one-year warranty on the hardware (debugging and other issues).
